How Many Protesters Voted?
I’d like to know how many of the peace protesters you see on TV actually voted in real down-home American elections. Or any election.
I wonder how many of those that want Bush’s head didn’t vote and are from Florida.
Here’s an idea: let’s pseudo-vote (I mean, he didn’t really win, remember?) a guy into office who’s really set on this war, (but anti-abortion, mind you) and then show up to church every Sunday and pray that the guy in office can keep some sort of peace. Or let’s then show up to a peace rally and raise a ruckus, costing cities money by keeping their police forces busy keeping the ‘peaceful’ herd in line.
I’m NOT saying I’m for or against this war, but I am thinking out loud - because I can.
