Ah, Time Off

Is Sealab 2021 the greatest show on television today, or am I insane? Don’t answer that. A little time off is good for catching up on TiVo (episode after episode of The Twilight Zone, Sealab, Harvey Birdman are helping my body develop a healthy and deep root-system into the couch), and other non-productive activities like staring at walls, weighing dirt, and avoiding writing anything.
I had a nightmare last night that when I started my new position, I could not do anything creative. I’d stay for hours after work and burn the midnight oil, but everything I worked on turned into something that looked like the generic section of the grocery store - just black type on white containers. Ugh. Maybe I need more Sealab in my diet.
